Q: Where can I try out a Footbike before I buy it?

Q: Should I order a specific size of Footbike?
A: Our Street and Track Models will fit riders between 4' and 6'3" with a shoe size of 14" or less.
Q: What if I am shorter than 4' or taller than 6'3"?
A: In either case aftermarket products are available through your local bike shop will address either need. Riser bars are great if you are tall, or flipped upside down if you are small.
Q: How do you make it go?
A: Stand on it, kick, switch legs when your standing leg doesn't want to keep standing, repeat.
Q: What do you do on the hills?
A: We walk, or run, or do lunges, or short sprints, or after training and practice we kick up the hills. We also plan good routes to embrace smart training theories.
Q: Why are you a footbiker?
A: The idea behind the Adult Performance Scooter was to create a low impact running machine. It really does that very well. In turn it has tranformed into a tool for rehabilitation, weightloss, recreation, touring, commuting, and racing too. Most of us don't know why we are footbikers, we just know we are!
Q: My Dog loves to run and mush with me on my Footbike, do you recommend any products to enhance this experience?
A: We are also very new to the aspect of running or mushing our dogs. Our best recommendation is to know your dog, and then search online for advice and equipment from people that are professionals in this sport.
Q: What is the Warranty on your Footbikes?
A: We support a LIFETIME Warranty against metal fatigue failure of the Frame Only. This does not include frame abuse sustained by accidential or intentional impact. All Footbike Components have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase against failure. This does not include normal wear and tear of brakes pads, brake cables, rubber hand grips, or tires and tubes.
Q: What is your 30-Day MoneyBack Promise?
A: You know you want one, but you are nervous because you cannot touch it first. We understand, we said the same thing when we wanted one. So we are going to give you 30 days to convince yourself that we didn't deliver as advertised. Pack up your Footbike in the original box and ship it back to us. If it has no scratches on the paint, we will refund your money. If the frame is scratched, then you get to talk to Moses.
Q: Can I add a Suspenion Fork to my Footbike?
A: Yes. We use a 1 1/8" Threadless Headset which will fit the standard 1 1/8" Threadless Steerer Tube of a Suspension Fork.
Q: I see the Footbike Express and Footbike Trail on the Comparison Page, are they still available?
A: At this time we are not stocking the Footbike Express or Footbike Trail.
Q: What is the weight limit on your Footbikes.
A: The weight limit for all available models is 260lbs.
